Integrations and Connectors in Generate Enterprise
Generate Enterprise connects to the tools teams already use, pulling in data from cloud storage, CRMs, developer tools, communication platforms, databases, and more without leaving Generate. Connectors are added from the Connectors modal, and organizations can also bring their own custom MCP servers. Once connected, a tool’s data is available to the AI — through the knowledge base or directly in chat via connector tools.
How do integrations work in Generate?
Section titled “How do integrations work in Generate?”Connecting an integration is a one-time setup: authenticate with the third-party service using OAuth or credentials, choose which data, folders, or channels Generate may access, and then use that data in conversations. After a connector is set up, its data becomes available to AI Chat and agents, either indexed into the knowledge base or accessed live through connector tools.
Connectors are grouped into categories: Cloud Storage, Communication, Productivity, Sales & CRM, Developer Tools, Data & Analytics, IT & Operations, Security & Identity, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Support, Marketing, Social Media, and Databases. The sections below cover the connectors documented today; new connectors are added regularly.
