Projects in Generate Enterprise
Projects in Generate Enterprise organize work into separate spaces, each with its own knowledge base, conversations, and configuration. Projects let a team keep work separated by department, client, or topic, so the knowledge and context in one project do not bleed into another.
What is a project in Generate?
Section titled “What is a project in Generate?”A project is a self-contained space within Generate that bundles a knowledge base, its conversations, and its own settings. Because each project scopes its own knowledge and configuration, the AI answers within a project draw only on that project’s content, which keeps results focused and prevents cross-contamination between unrelated bodies of work.
How do you create a project in Generate?
Section titled “How do you create a project in Generate?”Users create a project, give it a name and configuration, and add the documents that form its knowledge base. Once created, conversations and agents run within the project’s scope, using that project’s knowledge. Project details can be reviewed and updated as the work evolves.
When should you use projects?
Section titled “When should you use projects?”Projects are useful whenever work needs to be kept separate — for example, one project per client, per department, or per initiative. Each project’s isolated knowledge base and settings make it straightforward to control what information is available in each context and to share the whole project with the right people.
